Neighbours

Approaching her eighth year on Neighbours, Carla says she’s having as much fun as ever.  "It’s great to be part of such an iconic show. I'm just as excited today as I was the first day I started on set!”

Carla says the role of Stephanie Scully mirrors her own life so much that she has to work hard to keep the two separate. Just as Steph is a full time mum and a full time businesswoman, Carla has two sons, Harley and Jhye and she admits she knows a thing or two about finding the right balance between work and family. 

“It’s a juggling act," she agrees, "but I’ve always done it and it seems to be working! As the kids get older it's becoming a lot easier, but the boys do keep me busy.”

Carla has several television credits to her name including The Man From Snowy River, State Coroner and Kangaroo Place to name just a few. Carla also played the lead role of Cinderella as part of the 2004 UK Pantomime season.
