Seven-month-old Alia and Gabriella De Vercelli share the role of his on-screen daughter India and are certainly in big demand in the green room at the Nunawading studio on their filming days with no shortage of cuddles.

When the identical beauties first arrived on set at only three months old and 12 weeks premature, a memo was issued instructing the cast and crew to be patient, they would get their turn.

The girls have now trebled their birth weight and are only too keen to be bounced and cooed at by their many famous proxy aunts and uncles.

A twin himself, the hunky 23-year-old also has a new found respect for what his parents went through when he and his sister were babies particularly when the De Vercelli divas flex their star power!
