Ty’s plans for Rachel to join the band come unstuck as the other band members worry about the ‘Yoko Factor’. Fearing Rachel’s influence over Ty might cause problems down the track, the band decide to audition for the female singer, derailing Rachel’s dreams.
Callum has to resort to under-handed tactics to ensure the safety of his mate. Dobbing him in is not what he wants, but he feels his hand has been forced. When he finds Mickey in the city he attempts to convince him to return to Ramsay Street, however Mickey isn’t having any of it, he doesn’t want to go back! Callum has no choice but to ring Toadie and tell him where they are. Once Mickey and Callum are safely back in Ramsay Street, Callum reveals the extent of Mickey’s feelings of loneliness and neglect by Ned. Steve, Miranda and Lou talk about what is best for Mickey, after all he’s so unhappy he jumped a bus from Adelaide to get here. Lou decides he’ll go to Adelaide with Mickey to check things out, if there is a problem he’ll ask Ned if Mickey can stay with them in Ramsay Street for a little while.

Pete Ferguson turns up at Erinsborough News, he wants to spill the beans on a so-called rogue doctor, Dr Karl Ferguson, over an unethical blood test. Susan’s shocked and tries to handle the situation on her own, however Elle overhears the conversation and is determined to get to the bottom of the story, it’s potentially front page news after all.

Ty’s plans to enlist Rachel as part of his band hit a hurdle when the other members, led by Logan, worry about the ‘Yoko Factor’, derailing Rachel’s dreams.
